ORDERING....

Q.  Is there any minimum to place an order?
A.  NO

Q.  How do I check the delivery status of my order?
A.  On the top right corner of the website Click on the link
     "Track your order".
     Enter your order number which you received by e-mail into
     the blank field and click "VIEW".You will  be directed to the UPS
     delivery status page.

Q.  How do I know that my order was received and will be delivered?
A.  Once your order has been approved you will receive an e-mail that
      includes  your individual order confirmation number. Please refer
      to this number when contacting our customer service department
      about the status of your order.

Q.  How long does my order take to ship?
A.  In most cases if the items are in stock the orders are usually
      shipped the same or next business day, if the order was placed
      BEFORE 2:00 PM. On average most domestic orders take 3-5
      business days, but may take up to 10 days for delivery.


Q.  What else do I need to know about placing my order online?
A.  Once you have selected your items and checked out, you will be
    
required to input delivery information as well as your billing address
     and credit card information. Please review this information to ensure
     that it is correct and complete - ALL fields must be filled in. If any
     information is incomplete or if for any reason we encounter a
     problem with your order we will contact you by Phone or E-mail.
     Please respond to us as soon as possible to avoid any delivery delays.

Q. Can I return my order if  i’m not satisfied?
A. Yes...  You can return your order (If the problem and fault is from our side at NYLeatherJackets.com). Please read our RETURN POLICY.

Q. Will I be credited for the full amount I was charged?
A. You will be credited the full amount of the item returned EXCLUDED the shipping charges that we paid.
If you return an item because the problem was our (NYLeatherJackets.com) fault, you will be credited in full.

Q. Who pays for shipping on returns and exchanges?
A. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when shipping to us.

Q. I want to exchange an item do I need pay for shipping again?
A. If the order is over $100. we will pay the shipping - Limit: 1 Time only.

A.  All orders are shipped via ups ground.

Q. Do you accept orders from canada?
A. YES. We do accept orders from canada, but we do charge for Shipping & Handling Min. $30.

Q.  Do you ship internationally?
A.  Yes. There is a Shipping and Handling charge.

Q.  What is your shipping charge?
A. 
There is a set price of  $9.95 for  shipping & handling on any order of up to $99.99.

Q.  When can I expect my order to be delivered?
A.  On average most domestic orders take 3-5 business days, but may take up to 10 days for delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping delays may be experienced due to severe weather conditions (i.e. hurricanes, tornadoes, sever snow or rain storms, flooding, etc.). these situations are considered to be out of our control and are not eligible for refunds of shipping charges.

Q.  Can I have my order shipped to a P. O. box?

  In order to ensure the security of your order, we are unable to ship to a p. o. box.

Q.  How can I ensure my order will be delivered on a specific date?
A.
  Ground shipping* does not ensure delivery on a specific date. it can take up to 10 business days to deliver your order depending on the destination and time of year (delivery times during the holiday season are typically longer).

leatherjackets.com does not charge sales tax for orders placed outside of new york! if you order within the state of new york, you will be charged an additional 8.125% for sales tax.

A. Products coming from NYleatherjackets.com are ensured to arrive with the same exact contents and similar display as you see in the photo,and are guaranteed for their natural life and to be free of manufacturing defects. Our products are made from natural materials which can vary slightly in color and texture. Slight variations in color are not considered defects but rather symptoms of the natural product.
Our products may be folded for shipping and storage to fit into the shipping box properly.  Any creases caused in shipping will fully recover after its first use.

A. No.  Our site is updated very often with new product, so there is no time to get a catalog printed and mailed.
